Description

A tribute to 10 generations of the Ferrand family behind the Cognac house, this VSOP is aged in French oak, with 20% in Sauternes casks. It shows a faint butterscotch scent and a languorous honeyed effect across the palate. Each sip opens citrusy and bright, with a drying midpalate that leads to finish a with a surprising meaty, umami-like note, all wrapped in subtle honeycomb. 93 Points Wine Enthusiast
