Matanzas Creek Chenin Blanc / 750 ml

This Chenin Blanc opens with a bright pale straw hue and enchanting aromas of white flowers, lemongrass, melon, pear, and mango, coupled with a delicate salinity. On the palate, it’s vibrant and refreshing, featuring pepino melon, prickly pear, and green banana, underpinned by a mouth-watering saline acidity. The finish is lean yet complex, with angular acidity that pairs beautifully with food.
